Tim & Nyne came out and really helped us feel like we had a handle on the situation(mice). Answered all our questions and were friendly and courteous as well. Great experience in a trying time!

Came out to treat my spiders and wasps. Service was excellent, very pleased. Reasonable price and fast response. Did what they said they would do. Thanks George in Hamilton

I ordered your services, with a 6 month warranty. I wanted to go to the experts and after reading good reviews on google thought you guys would be perfect for the job. I had a mouse problem in my kitchen. Primarily behind the fridge and oven (where I saw them). A technician came to my house and put down poison bait stations. He told me the fridge was too heavy to pull out and he couldn’t get the oven all the way out. When I asked if he had found where they were getting into my house he said another technician would be back in two weeks for that. I thought that made sense and went along my way. Continuing to hear the mice. I left a couple messages with Alex and eventually she sent someone else out. These were two different technicians who did a much more thorough job, dropping more traps and identifying two entry points. She told me to wait a week and a half to two weeks and then I could clean and plug up the holes. While I was much more pleased with the service the second time around, I spent near $400 to have to plug up and clean the areas myself. All in all everything done that I paid for was easy stuff I could have done on my own. Today I spent nearly two hours, pulling out the fridge and oven and cleaning everything myself as well as plugging up the hole. Very disappointed with this and will be posting my review online detailing the above. I paid the experts so I wouldn’t have to deal with the problem. You’re ripping people off.
