I highly recommend Skedaddle for any sort of pest control. The Niagara crew came out to help me as soon as they could. They were very efficient and explained everything that they were doing. They capped off my chimney for me so no more squirrels would get in my house. It took no time at all and there was no mess. Thanks so much guys I appreciate it!

Skedaddles is fantastic. We had the most professional crew show up to get rid of a raccoon (s) . They explained every step to me, treated my home with respect and left me with a confidence the job was done and done right. Can't say enough about the staff, clean, neat and very polite. Highly recommend.

Great service from Andrew for our raccoon problem. He was very friendly and clean. Cleaned up all of his work sites and was very pleasant. We are very happy with his work. Corey was also great when he came to quote the job. I was happy with how quickly they booked us in from the date of the quote.

I would like to thank everyone involved in dealing with two different wildlife issues in my new home this past summer (bird removal and mice exclusion protection). The customer service I received in all areas of your business was exceptional! I was always treated in a friendly and respectful manner. My questions and concerns were dealt with efficiently and promptly. Quotes were detailed and explained carefully on both occasions. The price was even adjusted on the second job when it was noted that some of the caulking had been completed on the earlier project ( I would never have known the difference!) I was impressed by the diligence and efficiency of both work crews sent to my home despite the sweltering heat and humidity conditions. They were always upbeat and positive. Each crew "lead" member took time meet with me and detail their work in a skilled and informative manner. Unfortunately, I do not remember the names of all the personal (from admin staff to work crews) I dealt with except for Shana, Andrew and Glenn but hope this message reaches all staff involved in dealing with my "critter" problems. Kudos to all of you for your honest, amiable and superior service.I will highly recommend your business to others 10+! Linda Hicks

Wow had rats and a spice kitten move in under our home and now thanks to Andrew they have been asked to leave the premises. Andrew is the man. Couldn’t have asked for a nicer, hard working guy to get the job done. Andrew even took the time to speak to our neighbors about what they should do. I love that all his hard work is lifetime guaranteed. Thank you Skedaddle and Andrew.
