They are fast and very friendly! They spray at my work and I stopped the technician to explain my issue at home. He was MORE than happy to come out and help me. Low cost plans and since having Valley spray my house the problem is almost all eliminated! I appreciate being able to text my technician about my schedule instead of playing phone tag. Instead of me fitting his schedule, he tries his best to accommodate my hectic life to make the appointment times convenient for me! Such a pleasure to work with!

I’m sorry to say after using Valley Pest Control for over 4 years, their customer service has let me down. I’ve been satisfied with the job they’ve done in the past, but this previous fall was nothing like the past. I had them come out to spray for spiders in my new home while I was at work and my son was home. When they came out I paid them to do the interior and exterior of the house. When I got home from work my son informed me they did not spray the finished basement but rather the outside and upstairs interior of the home. I went down stairs and saw there was a live spider in the basement. I immediately called and spoke with a female on the phone (Candy) and she was defensive and assured me the technician sprayed the level. I asked that she ask the tech if he had, which she contacted him via phone and he explained he did not spray the lower level and would be out the next morning to spray the lower level. Well, approximately 30-45 days later I’ve seen more spiders in the lower level and exterior than when we started. I wasn’t really concerned about the exterior but rather the interior due to my children being in that area. I called and spoke with the same defensive person Candy at which time she explained I would need to pay another $145 for them to come back out and treat the house. I asked if she could connect with me a manager. She transferred me to Angela who let me know she was part owner of the company. I explained the situation to Angie and she explained that the treatment is only good for 30-45 days and I would need to have the house retreated for $145. I explained it’s been approximately that time frame and asked don’t they warranty their work. She explained that one treatment would not treat the house, which I replied they (spiders) should’t come back that quickly. After debating with me for 15 minutes and telling me how she wouldn’t do something (power wash the house) for free, which I wasn’t asking for. She did agree that they would come out and spot treat the lower level bathroom which was the problem area. I’m disappointed in the service, but i’m more disappointed in the response I received when I called to inquire about the service. I didn’t mind about splitting the difference with them, but when you are defensive from the beginning and make it as I’m placing the spiders there is absurd. I explain my children were pointing out the spiders and if they could meet me halfway on the service would be great. She explained she would have someone contact me when they are in the area again to spot treat. Sadly, I will not be returning. I don’t like writing negative reviews, but maybe this can be a teaching moment for this company. Sometimes, it’s easier to work with a customer and get future business instead of feeling like you won the war and your customer walks away to your competitor.

They came out to my house and removed a wasp nest the size of a basket ball (and also some smaller ones) along the eaves of our house. They were prompt and able to address this matter for me right away. They are great and very professional and I recommend them to everyone!

Absolutely HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!! THERE ARE STILL BUGS AND THEY ARE STILL ALIVE!!!!!!!! And this was after 5 hour time limit that they set for and they claimed to have treated my house

I just bought a house that had fleas and this was my first time ever dealing with fleas and I don't know anyone personally that's had them. They answered my questions well, over the phone (because naturally, I had many) and sent me a checklist and information on what to do. I followed the checklist exactly what they asked and he told me that it was easy for him to be thorough to get more coverage. I had two treatments because I'm getting a puppy soon and after the first treatment, I didn't see a single flea! I'm hopeful that this worked and everyone was extremely helpful and friendly to deal with! I would recommend them to anyone!
