I've continued to have Orkin come out and treat my property at least 3x per year, even after they got rid of my carpenter ant infestation almost two years ago. All the technicians are professional, efficient and punctual. I've found everyone I've dealt with to be very helpful I would recommend them to others.

It's overwhelming to say the least to think you might have unwanted critters in your home. Dave from Orkin thoroughly inspected bed and couches in my home. Upon not finding anything he reassured me he could inspect again if I thought necessary and it would be covered by the initial inspection fee. Dave was extremely knowledgeable, kind and professional. I would highly recommend Dave and his company, Orkin.

Easy to schedule, very quick response. I had to change my time and they were very accommodating. Very professional and thorough. I fell the inspection was a little expensive.

I was misled that this work was going to be covered by insurance. Tom actually told me he guaranteed that it would be covered. MetLife has denied the claim. The job is not complete because Tom mentioned he wanted to look up on our roof. I’m also concerned after he told me he plugged a pvc pipe in my attic. With all that said, Tom has been fantastic about communicating with me. He answers or returns every call of mine. He has been professional through this entire process. I am however extremely disappointed that I was made to believe my insurance would cover this entire job. I would like someone from Orkin to explain this to me other than Tom..

We ended up with fleas in our house which is a nightmare and I was just mortified at the very thought. When Travis came to do the treatment he was was very patient, helpful and knowledgeable; absolutely amazing! I hope we never need a 'bug guy' again but if we do Travis is our guy! Thank you!
