We are a customer of three(four?) years now. We’ve always experienced promt, thorough, and friendly customer service along with dependable communication and courteous exchanges. Treatments are effective and on schedule. We know to expect and when to expect it and have not been disappointed. We’re able to enjoy our property at will and will continue to use them.

This is the third season we have used mosquito squad and every year it just gets better. You have to be patient with the first few treatments as they build upon each other but once you hit treatment three it’s like you’re living bug free. We have nearly 40 acres and approximately 3 acres of that is treated and we can enjoy being outside at any time. About once a year there seems to be an influx of mosquitoes and mosquito squad never hesitates to come out and do a retreat promptly. So incredibly worth the cost. Every technician has been extremely kind and respectful as well as their customer service is hands down one of the best I’ve dealt with recently. In a climate of customer service being below par I am always highly impressed with the way that this company‘s customer service treat us. Highly recommended.

Great to work. Great service and very nice people. The service they did for us exceeded my expectations. They treated a very large heavy wooded area and the 3 nights we were having our event not one bite and no ticks to be found! I don't write reviews but this was the best money spent for our event😀 would use again and again. Thank you Mosquito Squad

I could not be happier with your product and service. In april i was being eaten alive from may to october not a single bite. Thank you mosquito squad for a pleasant less itchy summer. I will count on you yearly.

Their customer service is beyond ridiculous! I cancelled my package specifically because of their customer service. I was promised a date to start the treatment if I made the payment by a certain time. As soon as I paid for the entire season I was told that date was not available but it would be if I paid 100 dollars extra! I was told the lady tried to call me (note that all communication before was emails with no problems). There was not a single missed call or message. Then this rude lady say “Had you provided the correct information from the beginning this would never have happened”. Are you kidding me??? I waited for the quote for days even though the initial email said 24 hours. I tried working with them but it became too much. I am sure there are other companies out there with good product and better customer service. This company is just not reliable!!!
