really disappointing. spent $70 for a "home assessment" which didn't tell me anything useful. I called to get more information, and didnt get a response. Instead i got a $3k quote. check homestars to find others with the same experience. reallly really disappointed.

Very professional and thorough. They let me know the minimum required to fix the issue that I reported as well as what it would take to address future problems which may arise. They even scheduled a person to come the same week. In contrast, I tried Pestend Inc. and what a rip off. They missed a number of areas and didn't quote what it would take to fix the areas that they found, instead told me that I had to fix it myself.

Mo and his team were great to come in and found all the mice entries in May, 2015. All were sealed up to prevent them returning back. This year, mice found new entries and Mo returned to discover these new entries and recommended further actions to prevent their entrance through the drip edge, garage doors and so on. Best company that I would recommend with professional work done. More importantly, they stood by with their warranty and actually returned to investigate and solve the problem.

Skedaddle Humane Wildlife Control is definitely worth referring. They have a team of professional, informative and courteous individuals starting from the customer service reps to technicians Mahamat, Mike and John. Definitely deserve 5 stars and 2 thumbs up. Great job team!

A friend suggested Skedaddle to deal with our mice problem. Everyone, from the customer service rep to the technicians were professional, courteous and very knowledgable (especially Mo (Mahamat), our assessment specialist). I found that the prices were somewhat on the higher end, however; it is hard to put a price on peace of mind, great service and a life time warranty. Would highly recommend!
