This is the most unprofessional, inadequate, rude and seemingly racist management I have ever dealt with. Bernard Thomas repeatedly said to me "you people this" and " you people that".... before this conversation I had never attempted to do business with Orkin and I can assure you I won't do business with them anytime in the future. I would encourage no one, but especially black people, should never do business at least with this branch of Orkin. They are rude, discourteous unprofessional and seem to have a lack of respect for other people's time. And they (Bernard Thomas) the beach manager seems to have a great deal of contempt for African Americans in general. Some of the comments made by this guy and his attitude towards potential customers indicates he needs a lot more training.....

I have never had a worse experience in my life. I'm a local business owner who has been in business over 20 years in Oakland county. I have never been treated with such distain, hostility and indifference when trying to give someone my money. It's pathetic. My advice... Find a local pest control company that practices some accountability. And appreciates the people who keep them in business!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I call Orkin and told them that there was a raccoon in my basement the man told me know it what I saw was a mouse and try to say that it was a mouse in my house and I'm clearly trying to tell him that it was a raccoon he did not call back or anything when I asked him for a price he said they had to check because of different rodents cost different prices don't waste your money they're liars and rude people
