Had a rat dying on my front porch and they took care of it within minutes. Very quick response after I called. And took care of the rodent within minutes. Highly recommend. Other pest control places I called wouldn't even deal with this sort of issue. Very professional and great customer service. Would definitely use again for all pest control needs.

This company is dissolved. It still trades, regularly rips people off and does not provide the services as advertised. I would really encourage people to do a little bit of research as to who is leaving the 5* reviews. Just click on their profiles to see if they seem legit. Seem to be a lot of people who have left the majority of their reviews in the US, or all over the world. Or they'll have only left one review ever: this one... A lot of 5* reviews also seem to appear within a couple of days of someone leaving a 1* review, often within hours of each other. Does this sound normal? Or like fake reviewers? You can see the company is dissolved by going onto the company check website and searching Pest Protect (in case you're in any doubt if it is the same company, it tells you the director is Daniel Tuson). You can ring Communications House (supposedly where they are based) to confirm that they haven't been based there for quite some time. You can also view their poor Trust Pilot rating. And if you've already been a victim of this non-company, you can register a complaint with Trading Standards. Hope this helps others to make an informed decision.

Called Dan out for a mouse we had in our kitchen. He did an amazing and quick job in dealing with our situation. Great service & very professional. Would highly recommend.

I am leaving this review as after our first visit on the 4th of September, pest protect told me they would be back 2 weeks later to fill any holes that the mice may come in from.. it has now been a month and the second visit has not been fulfilled.. so far I’ve paid £240 for some mouse poison. Now my texts and phone calls are being ignored... Please contact me ASAP before it escalates

I recently had a large issue with small rats, horrible things... and once I’d been to Pest Protect and spoke to Paul, I was instantly booked in for their removal... I can’t thank Paul enough for his services, quick, professional and above all, now I have no more pesty rats
