Extremely disappointing!! Used bed sheets on our bed, and we paid every penny on the bill. He’s called us and said that we owe yet another amount of money on our bill that was not written on the bill. This is ridiculous. When he came, he told us he has never had a dissatisfied customer. He has an added 2 now. That is fraud. You cannot expect for a customer to pay more than they were told to pay and then call them later after the final inspection and think you will get more money because of “tax”. He had also called us before saying that we haven’t paid the bill at all! Some of our belongings were ruined due to their inability to stay neat and professional. I absolutely do not recommend this company.

I have to say that for a uncomfortable situation Legault Pest Management made it very easy. The two professional associations were very informative and took control of the situation and kept us up to date We would use and suggest this company hands down.

Great to deal with and very knowledgeable. Problems dealt with quickly and discreetly. Highly recommended!

Very unprofessional behavior from owner. Put cats life in danger with lack of knowledge. He let a rat escape. He wouldn't give a courtesy call before he came even though I asked him to and explained why. When he got here and I asked him why he didn't call he got really upset took his traps and left without even telling me so I was caring for my child while he took the traps I thought he was replacing them. I went to see what was going on and he was gone. I couldn't believe how unprofessional he was.
