Excellent customer service! Every time I go in to buy Mosquito Barrier the ladies in the front office are friendly, efficient and welcoming - true professionals. I have had Atlantic Graduate eradicate wasps from 2 different locations, the work was done efficiently, with great care & attention to detail. For the last 3 years I have had them out to spray for carpenter ants, ants, mosquitoes etc. (My location would be considered the Mecca for bugs!) excellent response to my “911” calls from the invasions. I highly recommend them.

Awful experience, completely RUDE when trying to civilly work with them after they received any sort of payment/deposit. They knowingly took a senior citizen/stroke victim's money, and up until now, refuse to pay it back, fully aware that it was her landlord's responsibility to pay for their services, and allowed her to pay for a deposit of $500, when the minimum was $100, then took almost 2 weeks to actually do their job or acknowledge that she paid anything at all..they continued to change and cancel their, "promised/confirmed," appt times to do their job, while an almost 61 yr old, stroke victim sat and waited inhumanely with no furniture to even sleep on, waiting for her home to be treated, while the owner's wife, "Melissa," and their secretary, "Donna or Dawn," completely disrespected the family that called to make sure they were going to show up, when they said they would on multiple occasions, then failed to even call to say they would not be there, then the family was told to stop calling, after they avoided at least 4 appt times. They were only, "friendly," when taking her money. My mother slept in a wooden kitchen chair for 2 weeks after we were told, "she would be taken care of," only to be ignored, and disrespected for far too long before the problem was treated.
