Really fast, friendly and efficient. They came right away to take care of the problem and included the basement I didn't have immediate access to in my guarantee. They followed up with the basement once I had the key and the main apartment has been good since the initial visit. Couldn't ask for better, more reliable help than them.

Had Osama come to my apartment less than 5 minutes ago. He shared his incredibly insightful knowledge on the situation, gave me very professional opinions as to what the best course of action would be. I've been dealing with ants for months, having exterminators come in and out; but he managed to give me a concrete plan within 20 minutes. If you're looking for an exterminator with a wealth of experience who can get the ball rolling and get the job done, I'd recommend SOS.

They seemed very knowledgeable and professional. First visit was amazing. I asked for a second visit only 3 days later due to the severity of the situation. I was told that someone would come by today, during 3 pm and 5 pm. I called, and was told that they are running behind schedule. It is now 6:10 pm, and no one has called to give me an update. I am hoping that this ends well. **Update on review: tech did arrive, but without calling or notice like the first meeting, mind you an hour and 40 minutes late. He literally walked into my house, smelling of weed, borderlining unprofessional. I don’t think this reflects the initial call made to the company. They might be outsourcing the work or might just have an issue with this particular tech. I also believe that they may meant well, but something went on behind the scenes that doesn’t reflect their levels of professionalism when originality contacted. Looking for another company ASAP. No one ever told me about a 150$ surcharge, and just by your reply, I'm even more turned off. I cancelled my payment when I didn't see that the technician didn't arrive, which is normal. NO ONE IN NORTH AMERICA WANTS TO PAY FOR A SERVICE THEY AREN'T SURE THEY ARE GETTING AND A TECH WHO SHOWS UP WHEN HE WANTS. I WAS PLEASED BEFORE I SAW THE TYPE OF SERVICE YOU OFFERED. Thank you but no thank you! TO CLARIFY, I WAS HOME FOR BOTH APPOINTMENTS AND HAVE A WITNESS. SECOND OF ALL, IF YOU HAD A PROBLEM DEPOSITING MY PAYMENT, YOUR ADMINISTRATION SHOULD HAVE SENT ME AN EMAIL OR CALLED TO CONFIRM THE PASSWORD. IN ADDITION, I COULD HAVE PAID THE FULL AMOUNT, I PAID HALF AND ALLOWED MY LANDLORD THE TIME TO SEND ME HIS HALF. AS WE KNOW IT'S NORMALLY THE LANDLORDS WHO PAYS THESE BILLS. I DIDN'T EVEN ASK TO PAY %50 - AND IF IT WAS A COURTESY, IT WOULD NOT HAVE STIPUTLATED IT ON THE BILL ITSELF. THE FACT OF THE MATTER REMAINS, A GOOD SERVICE IS A TECH WHO CALLS, LISTENS, EXPLAINS, ASKS QUESTIONS, AN ADMINISTRATION WHO SEEKS TO SOLVE THINGS AND WORK WITH CLIENTS. I HAD TO CALL ANOTHER COMPANY. HAVING WORKED IN CUSTOMER SERVICE MYSELF, I KNOW CUSTOMERS ARE SOMETIMES HARD TO PLEASE, HOWEVER, I SHOULD HAVE DONE DUE DILLIGENCE. THE SERVICE GIVEN TO ME DOES NOT REFLECT $287. I WILL HOWEVER PAY A PORTION, BUT THE SERVICE I GOT REFLECTS MAYBE, MAYBE $75!!!

Very Friendly service and well knowledgeable about their services. The process they need to go through to fix the problem was well explained and the availability for questions and concerns (re: problem on the site) of the responsible person Osama is excellent. Will definitely recommend this guy.
