We bought a lot of stuff there. Bogdan was very friendly and helpful. Delivery was on time and they took everything in. We were told what will be assembled and what will not be so no surprises there. Love the furniture. Payed fair price.

I was just browsing for furniture pieces for my patio and there was a decent selection, but nothing that really caught my eye.

Went into this location and ordered a tv stand and a couch. I was not told that I would have to assemble the tv stand or I wouldn't have bought the product. The assembly instructions on the 2nd page says to prepare and make sure you have snacks. That tells you how elaborate the assembly is. Opening the box the tv stand was damaged, I called and told them it was damaged, I then said I would like a refund because as the customer if I was told I'd have to assemble it myself I would not have bought the product. The only good thing was that no where on my invoice did it say Customer assembly, when it should have so they decided to refund me. My couch was not in stock so I had to wait for that (which is understandable) but I get a call on Wednesday saying they wanted to confirm delivery for Friday.. I said " what is the delivery for, I wasn't aware anything was being delivered to me Friday." she responded your sectional, I said "Oh I was told it would take 3 weeks to come in stock, and was not told that it was in stock now and being delivered." I told her Friday didn't work and she sounded annoyed that I had to reschedule... When I didn't schedule the delivery for Friday in the first place. I've dealt with other Brick locations and this one seems poorly ran and disorganized. I will not deal with them again.

my wife and i were helped by Bogdan, very knowledgeable and helped us in a very professional manner. We had a wonderful shopping experience there. I would recommend to anyone to deal with this sale rep by name.
