Purchased a sectional sofa in August 2018 (it's currently end of March 2019). Took about a month to get it delivered but we were told before paying that this would be the case. After half a year, daily use, a dog + a puppy, it's held up remarkably well, particularly the material. Pet hair vacuums off easily. The store itself is easy to navigate with lots to look at. Lots of parking. The only negative was the delivery wait time so that's why there's one star taken off. Again, though, we were told this would be the case so I can't fault the location for that, seems to be the way the company itself works.

Staff never seems to last more than a month or two and delivery dates get pushed back a month or two with no notice. Don’t buy anything here unless it is in stock as you may have to wait 2-6 months for it to arrive. Oh and they won’t tell you delivery is delayed, you have to hound them on the phone. Get your stuff at IKEA. Also the chairs and table are falling apart because the holes for the pieces were cut to big so the spars holding the chair together have a lot of slop, so even screed together it wiggles and the wood is getting damaged inside. This is garbage furniture. Also the manager at the store outright lied about contacting us, and the feedback here is some PR firm trying to placate people.

Filled up most of my house with furniture from here— cheap but good quality (at least so far) & great selection !

It’s a store front store that doesn’t sell you anything. Instead they use this weird thing they call “the internet” and order it for you. It usually costs more than other internet furniture stores like Wayfair, and instead of home delivery you have to go back the the store to pick it up in 2-8 weeks. Does anyone else see what’s wrong with this business model? Also to top up the bad service apparently the product that I wanted to buy in store is actually available to buy in store they just didn’t want to sell it to me. Super frustrating maybe it’s just the employees at this location not knowing what their own store policy is.

Bought a dining table here off the floor in fantastic condition. The two sales associates helping me went above and beyond to help load it into my vehicle and tieing it down when it wouldnt fit. I would recommend this location!
