Great customer service, the staff were super friendly and helpful. There was movie playing which made my wait nicer however the waiting area was super cold and the chairs didn't encourage me to go to the brick for chairs. The waiting area also filled up super quickly as there was only a handful of seats available. They're open u til 8pm on Fridays however. So that's nice.

STAY AWAY OF THIS PLACE. OVER 2 MONTHS OF FIGHTING TO GET MY FURNITURE FIXED AND ITS NOT FIXED YET. BUY YOUR FURNITURE AT LEON'S SUPER GOOD SERVICE AND WARRANTY AND THANKS ME LATER. DO NOT SPEND A CENT TO THE BRICK. CASH GRAB BAD WARRANTY LIES WASTE OF TIME AND ENERGY. YOURE NOT IMPORTANT FOR THEM, BUT YOUR MONEY IS. CHEAP QUALITY OF FURNITURE Worst experience of my whole life. First they tell you they have the best deals in town and they're gonna lower it if you buy a full set ( manager deal )✌ then 5000$ later with a king size bed set and mattress with a leather couch and loveseat they offer me their warranty, you know the super warranty about you call them and they're gonna replace it or fix it super fast ( service ) well I fill a report to get my couch and loveseat fix before the expiration of my warranty and everything look good for now right . Then the misery start this December I contact their head office because of no call or email from there repair service ( subcontractor not The Brick ) a week after I fill there form when they're suppose to contact you after 48 hours and then I finally get a inspection but the ( subcontractor) call you at 8-9 PM randomly for a appointment so the first time I said okay then the guy show up at 10-11 am took pictures for 10 minutes and leave and said the office will contact me. No call or email for a week 1/2 then they called me for fixing the couch and loveseat around the same time8-9 pm with a blocked phone number then the the guy show up and it wasnt for a repair 😡 it was for another inspection so I loose a day of wage for taking off for the repair when I'm the only income for my family. Then the guy leave and still no couch and loveseat fixed yet it already been 2 weeks and no info. So I recall their head office I get the info 2 days later they have the parts for the love seat but not the couch and they tell me they're gonna give me credit but I have pay for delivery I said no I want the same couch I know you have 1 in stock then they answer me no, so I called the head office ( January ) they finally manage to " FIND" the same couch in their warehouse 2 weeks later ( weird coincidence ) after I called them for 2 weeks days and nights. So they finally delivered the same couch as the warranty "says" but no loveseat but they manage to find the parts so I'm okay I'm available for 15 of February they says OK but the repair ( subcontrator) called me at 9- 10 PM on a blocked phone number then leave me a message to come over for the 9-12 February when I message them about I'm not available then no call or email for a repair appointment since and now it February 24 and the loveseat never been fixed yet ( 2 months of waiting after there wonderful super warranty they tell you before you sign the contract !!! The Brick warranty ( scam ) ( Lies ) ( cash grab ) Tell you your furniture is not in stock for a replacement but it is and give you a low credit money in store instead of replacing the couches Furniture Medic ( Subcontractor) ( repair ) Call you late at night 8-9-10 PM Blocked phone number Never call you back You're not important but your money is. You want me to remove my review please treat your customers with respect. Thank you

After purchasing a $300 coffee table on December 22 and requiring a replacement tabletop due to extensive damage from poor packaging, I made several calls to the Distribution Centre. Following my first call, and speaking with a supervisor, I was told that he would take my information and get back to me. One week later, he had not yet called me back so I called once again, at which point I was told I would have to wait for another coffee table to come in stock. I waited for another week for stock to come in and made a 45 minute drive to the Distribution Centre to pick up the replacement piece, to discover that the piece in this package ALSO had extensive damage (which the Distribution Centre then packaged up for resale). As this was the one and only coffee table in stock, I was told I had to wait another 10 days for the next shipment. On January 23, over one month since purchase, once the next shipment came in, I made another 45 minute drive to the Distribution Centre to FINALLY be able to receive a replacement piece. I pulled my vehicle up to the bay door and asked the employee if I was able to inspect the piece prior to exchange. Extremely rudely, he said to me “it’s not my job to unpack and inspect the furniture for you, so you can if you want to.” He walked away and I unpackaged the entire box myself (as every other piece was piled on top of the tabletop) to discover that once again the (THIRD) tabletop was damaged, in the exact same place. I am beyond exhausted of dealing with the Brick and have no desire to make another 1.5 hour round trip to the Distribution Centre, so I decided to settle for this (still damaged) tabletop as at the very least, it was less damaged than the tabletop I currently have. The employee returned and requested I sign the pick-up slip at which point I asked for his name and he said “I’m not giving you my name.” He then repeated that it wasn’t his job to unpack the furniture for me at which point I asked him “were you prepared to give me the whole box?” to which he replied “yes.” I was not there for the entire coffee table, only for a replacement tabletop. This employee (who's name was later determined to be Steve) was prepared to give me the entire box with all the pieces to avoid having to unpackage and retrieve the piece I needed. This is by far the worst customer service I have ever received, which seems to be a very common occurrence for the Brick. My experience with the Brick has been horrendous. This is not the first piece of furniture I have had damaged as a result of poor quality and improper packaging, but it will certainly be the last as I will never purchase from the Brick again. Terrible quality furniture and appauling customer service!
