I can't begin to thank you enough. My wife and I were looking for a small sectional to fit into a new place we moved into with a tight budget. We had tried La-Z Boy, Leon’s, and a few other furniture stores with no luck. Finesse furniture has a wide variety of styles and sizes that are good quality, and we were able to find the perfect sectional without compromising on our expectations. Huge shout out to the knowledgeable representative “ Jandra “who helped us pick the right sectionals. Great experience from start to end. We are going to receive our sectional in next two days and very excited. We will definitely be heading there in the future when looking for more furniture.

We purchase our Sectional Sofa and our bar chairs from this location, we also have other orders pending. My husband and I are exceedingly happy we decided to make these purchases, it’s hard to put into words how absolutely wonderful our experience has been shopping at this location. Jadra was by far the most amazing sales lady we have ever met, she is professional and willing to help in all ways possible, she is great with customers, whether you are there to make a purchase of just browsing. We highly recommend this finesse location if you want an enjoyable experience in shopping. ( Spend your money in style and still get to feel extremely good about it.) Thanks for all your help Jadra.

We recently purchased our Sectional and King Bed from this location and we are so glad that we decided to check out this place. We are super happy with the customer service we received. Our sales lady, Jandra, went out of her way to help us out. She was very well educated about the products they carry and gave us smart suggestions which helped us make a right decision regarding whether we should go with a chase or a recliner. She spent a lot of time with us and made sure that we are happy with our purchase. She was very friendly and positive, and I don't think that I could praise her enough, even my 8 month old baby loved her so much! Thank you, Jandra, we will definitely be coming back to purchase more at this location and will be sure to send our friends and family here as well!

On January 14 2019 my husband and I went to the finesse furniture on 137 avenue. We were shopping for a living room couch we saw a beautiful living room sectional. We talked with sales lady named Leah we asked if she could give us any kind of discount she was adamant not to give us a discount on the furniture or on the delivery charge. My friend and her husband also went to this location of finesse also looking for a couch and was also told the same thing they do not give price discount so we both ended up going elsewhere and bought our furniture elsewhere. You lost 2 sales I wonder how many other sales you are losing not good customer service.
