Excellent products, prices and customer service. The staff were very friendly and accommodating to my needs and were able to provide amazing service to help me find the products I wanted! Will be a returning customer and I highly recommend!

The sales people are more interested in making a dollar, that they will say anything. I bought two sets of a sectional that were supposed to be interchangeable and with the ability to latch together, and when I set them up I can at most put two pieces together. I was told by the salesman that for two dollars at Home Depot, I could pick up clips to join them. I would highly recommend going anywhere else.

This store is truly unreal. My husband and I went into this store, I was very pregnant. We explained we were looking for a leather ottoman for our new home, and that we wouldn't be using it until our renovations were finished. The sales man sold us a beautiful ottoman. It was on back order which was fine with us, because we were moving into our new home and having a baby and renovating. After months and months of waiting, I picked the ottoman up. We brought it home and put it into the garage as we were still renovating. Last night we finally decided to unwrap the ottoman that we have waited so long to use, and low and behold come to see that the ottoman is used, and has a hole in it. We have witnesses that were here when we unpacked the box that was still taped from the store, and photos. The receipt and this company said "too bad". I really feel they took ful advantage of us not opening it straight away and sold us a returned item or floor model. I'm pretty pissed, but happy that we will no longer be purchasing our new dinning set from Thai store and will be going elsewhere. Unreal. Terrible customer service as well. Funny part of the whole thing is they called me a few months ago saying my ottoman was ready, I was kind enough to be honest and tell them I had already picked mine up months ago. I should have lied, and maybe got my ottoman twice, one of the two might have been new. Will never shop here or recommend this store to anyone.

Worst PLACE EVER!!!! i bought a bed they say it would take 2-3 weeks to ship i waited 5 months and got fed up as it still wasn't in asked for my money back they only gave me 70% back said it was restocking fee. The manager constantly lied and would play childish games to avoid talking to you very unprofessional. would not recommend anyone!
