Bunch of scammers!! I bought a mattress and bedframe from Eric on a Sunday. We set up delivery for the following Tuesday. They never called or showed up. When I phoned, the person said he had been gone a few days and didnt know what was going on and that he would look into it and call me back. Never did call back so a few hours later I did. But it just rang and rang. Only after that did I look them up online. I tried going to their website but it only forwarded me to the Ashley furniture website. I then found these reviews and realized I had been duped like so many before me. Luckily i used my credit card and was able to easily get my money back. Avoid this scummy company at all costs.

The quality of furniture they sell is absolute garbage. They will knowingly sell broken or damaged pieces without informing you. Everything is cheap for a reason. This is written in hopes someone else doesn't make the same mistake I did.

After I made a full payment , They told it takes up to 2 weeks to deliver the furniture, now almost 3 weeks and nothing deliver, and when I call the store, I have a new excuse every time I call. Very disappointed

Do not buy from here , they scam you I ordered a dining table and they said it would take 7 days to deliver we waited 5 months exactly after always delaying it and making excuses and as soon as we received the table it was a complete different table and when we called back to complain he said the one u wanted was discontinued so they sent us the wrong one and also offered a refund of 50 percent of the price of what we paid because they paid money to deliver and stuff... really unprofessional please do not support his business and let everyone no I will definattly make sure no one spends a penny worth here... don’t fall for there innocent sales men they are nice but they are part of the scam...

>**>> >**>> >**>> This store is the worst store to deal with. We are furniture Distributors and supplied GO FURNITURE / FURNITURE ALLEY product last year (Nov/15) that they still have not paid us for. Be aware if they are stealing money from suppliers, I am pretty sure the customers wont be getting what they are paying for either. They wont answer the phone and if they do they give you the ring around. SO before you go to this store BE AWARE.. >**>> >**>> >**>>
