First time customer, never again. Ordered online after signing up for email as they said I would get 20% off my first order. I went to pick it up and they had no record of it nor would they honour the 20 percent off. I ended up getting the exact same item on Amazon $20 cheaper with free delivery so I guess there is a happy ending. No wonder Mr. Amazon is the richest man in the world! Oh and even though I have looked at my friend's gift registry online several times, they could not bring that up at the store either. Two clerks tried to no avail. New stores really need to get their act together!

We went here today to get a gift for our friend's baby shower, and for the most part, the whole experience was pretty subpar. We were not approached by any of the staff for help in the roughly 1 hour we had already spent in the store. A Filipina approached us near the end of our trip, but it was too little too late. We appreciated her attempt though, and thought that she's the only one that really cared in the entire store. With the lack of assistance, we asked the cashier if we could open the soother we got and see if/how it works, as the one we chose did not have a demo unit out. She said no, which was fine, we thought, with a gift receipt our friend could just return/exchange it should any problem arise. What really left us flabbergasted was when the cashier couldn't find the barcode to scan the item and had to open the packaging to find it, as apparently the instruction manual was covering the barcode. As we were paying, we noticed the cashier was having problems putting the package back together and close it properly, so her solution was to hastily place the item in a plastic bag and hope we didn't notice. We did notice, and asked her to put the packaging back together, or we could also grab another unopened one off the shelf and take that instead. We thought the request was reasonable, but at this point, having been caught red-handed in her deception, she was completely ignoring us. By the time we got another soother off the shelf and returned to the cashier, she literally had tape in her hand and was about to just tape the bottom of box closed. She begrudgingly accepted the other box we got, and after checking that it's the same product, shoved the box towards us and handed us our receipt, sans bag this time. We found it petty that she was all too happy to place the soother in a bag in an attempt to hide that she didnt properly pack the box up properly, but after being called out, would hand us just the box and receipt in deadpan silence, as if we somehow insulted her. Sorry, but the soother isn't for us, it's for someone else, otherwise we wouldn't have cared how much you mishandled the packaging.

A huge store with all things for your baby. They carry everything from stollers to cribs. They even have a crib nursery design centre. The products skew towards high end. Ther are strollers for $1200 plus. They also have a gift registry for baby showers and birthdays. They also price match too.
