My review of Ashley Home Furniture located in West Edmonton at 187 St and Stony Plain Road is based on experience. This store is immaculately organized, have very anxious sales and customer service people, who are always ready and able to provide customer support. The quality of the product line is impressive. The price is a bit hefty. But that should not be a problem to anyone who can afford and appreciate good quality furniture. So I provide an unreserved an unbiased 5 star rating to this store on account of my experience. I plan to completely refurnish my apartment using Ashley's products.

Just bought a whole childs bedroom set for this Ashley store. Was a great time and very friendly and helpful staff helped us choice what we needed with a great deal. Good luck on the store move, we will be back soon to buy more furniture for the house. Thank you!!

DO NOT buy your furniture from this location or from any Ashley Furniture store. We have been LIED to several times regarding the delivery date of 2 loveseats we have purchased. The manager has been nothing but rude and defensive regarding our deliveries. It has been almost 2 MONTHS since we originally purchased these love seats and Ashley Furniture has been incredibly useless in helping us rectify this situation. If you’d like to waste your time and money in purchasing furniture then this is the store for you. We have now been told that October 13 is the new delivery date but I can’t wait to receive another cancellation from them. Again, DO NOT do business with this company/store. They are HORRIBLE.

Store was clean and organized. I was helped by Harvey who listened to what I wanted and was able to help me find something that worked well for me. I would definitely recommend and will also do future furniture shopping at this store.

Our shopping experience was fantastic! Our sales associate was friendly, answered all of our questions, and was able to give us a nice deal too! When we need a dinette or patio furniture, we will likely be going back here without hesitation.
