Very poor customer service. They do not advise of delivery delays and do not answer their phone. Recommend not shopping here. Better save your time and money and go to IKEA.

Awesome decor but horrible customer service. I'm never greeted and the workers seem in interested in helping you. A simple hello would be nice especially if you are going to spend money in the store, it's simple respect. You should not work retail/furniture if you can't greet a customer.

I ordered an office chair online which I picked up at this location - The chair is awesome, the service at this location is absolutely awful - I would not go back, nor will I order from Stuctube again; I will choose from one of the MANY other of the home decor stores that treat it's customers with value. I have perceived the general demeanor of this company to be haughty, as this is what it's employees have demonstrated to me. As I walked in, 3 employees stood by a counter wordlessly staring at me as I walked towards them, not once saying hello or making a move towards me to greet me. This would be expected under other circumstances, however the entire layout of the store is a sales floor display which you would be expected to be greeted by a salesperson - No, they were not busy with other tasks, they were standing together in a group just STARING at me walking towards them. I indicated I was picking up an online order, and the gentleman who helped me quickly found my information in the system (which was initially appreciated). After the long awkward wait for him to come back with my order, I noticed he was bringing the package past the front door so I graciously walked over to meet him there - Only he walked right past the front door, to the counter and pulled out more paperwork for me to sign (I had already signed something saying that I picked up the order). When you order online you agree to a clause that the employees cannot/will not help you carry or load anything to your vehicle. So here I am, trying not to break the glass tables and vases placed in between the path of the front door and the counter from where my package was placed, wondering WHY this guy insisted on taking the package to the counter instead of bringing the receipt to me to sign like a GOOD sales/customer service rep would do. Whether it was intentional or unintentional, the customer service of this company is severely lacking.

Despite the warehouse loading 2 boxed chairs instead of the 4 that I had ordered and had to drive all the way back to the store to pick up the other 2 chairs. AND after bringing home a mirrored and gold sun dial tray, it was smashed and the edging was dented. So I have to go back and exchange for an unbroken one. But I have to say that the staff have been very apologetic and professional and make things right. Even so far as to run and open the front for me. thecutest gold mirror tray, where it appeared some

After my 4 emails to you guys have gone ignored I’m leaving this review... I’m astounded by the lack of customer service you’ve displayed. How can you just ignore a customer? Do you not like making money? Big screw up on your part as I was going to be spending more money but now I’ll be taking my money else where.
