we have tried several times to call the store to purchase a product.but no one has ever answered the phone. after a few days of calling it finally went to a voicemail that is not set up. because we don't live in Calgary this is a huge pain in the butt. The sales person was friendly when we were in the store but it would be nice/professional to have a working phone #.

Structube as a company is great, but this particular location very much let us down and left us feeling extremely disappointed, frustrated and disheartened. So much so, that we reported the location to Structube head office. The reason being is that the customer service as this location is quite lacking when it comes to making orders and purchases outside of the store. For example, we spent almost $5,000 on furniture and accessories at this specific location, and were told by more than one employee, to our faces, that the items would be delivered by our specific delivery date. We verified this and lo and behold, our items were not delivered because, according to the employees, 'it would never have been possible to have the items delivered by our specified delivery date.' And yet, we were assured and actually instructed by THEM to order by a certain date to meet our delivery time. They did NOTHING to coordinate with the delivery company nor did they help us AT ALL when we called several times to explain the situation and why we were perturbed. We actually had to coordinate a new delivery with the courier company ourselves, despite paying Structube a $90 delivery fee. When we would call, different people would answer the phone and would NEVER relay our messages correctly to the manager or the previous employee we were dealing with. The employees are nice and when you are in-store, they are kind. I simply felt like there was a disconnect between customer service and competency. Overall, I would never recommend anyone place a large delivery order with this particular location. We were extremely disappointed, as we needed to reserve delivery time at our condo building for furniture deliveries and had to scramble to make other arrangements. The team at this location needs to re-evaluate its customer service approach and the information they give to customers who spend hundreds, if not thousands, of dollars at this store. I would recommend going to the Deerfoot location, as the team there is helpful, competent and willing to help you sort things out.

Straight up - if you have a big ticket purchase to make and don't mind waiting months to get the item (and then a few more months when you get the item and realize the parts are defective and send it back) in order to save money then you'll be fine. Otherwise, buyer beware. I bought a tea table from here and ended up having to go back to the store 4 times for defective parts and carelessness by the manager no less. On the third trip when I was told the replacement part was in and verbally verified in person it was a part from the right sized table (there are two sizes of the same table) got home only to find it was from the larger table. Basically do not leave anything up to them - you must verify everything yourself with your own eyes because incompetence runs rampant in this place. I guess the money you save on the products is taken straight from customer service because it really sucks big time! As stated in the reviews previously, they couldn't care less if you complain. Literally it's a take it or leave it business you're getting.

Good prices but it appears you get what you pay for.. return policy leaves much to be desired.. item backordered and finally gets delivered damaged and won't order us new one untill old one is returned first, now appears to be at least another month or two for us to get new one. On a previous order chairs squeaking after few months sound like cheap plastic and now bolts falling out that were factory tightened and 2 different chairs have collapsed while sitting on them. While it has taken some time they have stood by their product and we have gotten replacements of what was damaged and new ones have been holding up good so far.
