Thanks to the staff member, Kala, who listened to my concerns about the inappropriate Halloween costume, and took it off the floor. I appreciate the sensitivity in dealing with it, and feel that she should be commended. Store wise, prices are pretty alright! Sales are awesome, selection is great and staff are always friendly.

Was there today. Staff not friendly at all. Cashier seemed unhappy and an older lady walking around was very unpleasant and miserable. I had the same experience last weekend when I went in. The same rude older lady has absolutely no customer service skills! She just gave dirty looks and when I said Thank You she just scowled at me and my friend. Store was very disorganized. Won't go back.
