Worst service ever. Never hold up to there end. We waited two months for our furniture and literally sat in out home with no furniture. I would recommend this place to NOBODY. They never reach out to you to give you an update and start arguing with you instead of resolving your problem. If you pay with your credit card or Finance it and the furniture isnt delivered on time. CALL THE CREDIT BUREAU AND GET THEM TO OPEN AN INQUIRY. DO NOT TRY TO NEGOTIATE WITH THEM. ITS LIKE HITTING YOUR HEAD AGAINST A WALL FULL OF NAILS.

THIS REVIEW WILL BE UPDATED WHEN OR IF FURNITURE IS DELIVERED- Two weeks ago, we went furniture shopping and we purchased a sectional from Ashley furniture. After the purchase my wife wanted to go to Calgary Best Buy Furniture on the recommendation of her friend who purchased a sofa from them. This was not my first time visiting this merchant, but it was the first time I went to this location. Prior to this visit I did not have a chance to read the google reviews as I do tend to use them, especially if there are a lot of reviews with similiar comments. Typically, if you see this I like to believe that it is more than coincidence. Anyway, my wife happened to see a sectional and sofa set that she loved, and the fact that she was able to customize them was the nail in the coffin; so she purchased them. I became concerned when I questioned Harry on who the manufacturer was and what would happen if the products do not arrive. He refused to tell me and offered me $200-$300 off my purchase. I decided not to press the issue because I knew I had recourse which I will speak about towards the end of this review. After my wife made the purchase(against my recommendation not to) we went home, and I checked the internet for any reviews. I was not surprised to find a google score of 2.9 which is concerning considering it was based on 169 reviews. I reviewed every single one. I also checked the Calgary Better Business Bureau and found that between the three locations(two are now closed) there are over 30 complaints in the last three years. Some of them have been resolved. In any event I have taken some precautions to ensure my wife's purchase is protected. For example the recourse I was referring to is, for those of you who have paid by credit card. You can call your credit card company and have them open a fraud inquiry within 30 days of your last statement that has the transaction on it. You can get them to do a "charge back" because your product was not delivered and hence they broke the purchasing agreement. DO NOT accept another delivery date if they do not deliver as it essentially allows them to say that you accepted new terms to your agreement. In any event, my wife has told me to have faith, yet why can I not have faith and practice due diligence. As of now I will give them a 3 out of 5 star and will amend my score based on what happens on September 29th when we are supposed to take delivery. I think that is only fair given that we have not received what we had ordered yet. I have attached pictures of what we had ordered.

Worst worst service ever, they're v bad in service, I highly recommend never ever go to them to buy your furniture, they make a lot of promises and then break them. I'm never ever going back them to buy even a chair. THE MOST IMPORTANT THING ONCE THEY KNOW THAT IT'S YOUR NUMBER, THEY NEVER RECEIVE YOUR CALL. AND NOT EVEN CALL BACK YOU. I'LL GIVE THEM 0/10 POINTS.😡😡

Great service and Delivery was on time and delivery guys Narinder and Harinder are awesome. And also Exceptional customer service from Raj.

Very nice service at the store. But I have to mention that the delivery service is even better. Their delivery person named Singh is very experienced and knows what he is doing. I got everything delivered on time and Mr. Singh assembled all the furniture very efficiently. Would definitely recommend the store and if you want great delivery service ask for Mr. Singh.
