I went in looking for a sectional. I was greeted as soon as I entered and was able to start browsing before I was approached by an associate. I’ve always felt followed going into look for furniture but I never felt that once here. When I had questions Sandeep was always available and went above what was asked to ensure I was happy with what I was going to purchase. I have not received my furniture yet but if the delivery is as smooth and as peasant as my experience in the store this will be a go to furniture store for me. I would definitely recommend this location to others.

The sunridge store is closing down. However we did get great customer service from Linda at the store. She tried her best to help us out.

Associate was very informative and nice when we bought our bedroom furniture set. She explained all about the furniture and how other stores pricing work when selling Ashley products. The staff are also a wealth of knowledge on the financial processes and eased our minds by being upfront about hidden costs, interest rates and our options. This is the second major purchase we have done through the 32nd ave store and will continue to have them satisfy our furnishing needs in future. The whole process from picking out what we wanted to signing the paperwork to arranging delivery of our new products was seamless and painless.

Great dining room sets... Sofas are just okay... Bedroom furniture pieces were not great to look at. Go here for dining tables and chairs but not necessarily anything else. Delivery service is great and so is customer service.
