Oh my, where do I start. I paid all my fees, never missing a payment, Easyhome is on you like white on rice to make sure you don't forget or miss. 1 day before my last payment is due for my Samsung TV, my TV shuts down. I had taken out this extended warranty that I was sold by Easyhome. Well, let me tell you this was a horrible experience trying to get my TV fixed. The company they use picked up my TV, less than a week later the repair company contacted me to say it was fixed. I said great, I will book off the time/day to receive it, they said they can't bring it back until Easyhome pays them. Ok, I understand that, but 2 months later I get my TV back with no communication with Easyhome is not acceptable at all. I talked with this club that looks after the warranty that Easyhome charges you for, they tell me they sent money to Easyhome 6 weeks before. I was furious to find this out, called headoffice(now over 3 weeks as the time of this) to be told that the area manager would call me asap, or next day at latest, well it's been over 3 weeks and still no call, nice customer service Easyhome(NOT) They don't even deserve a 1 star, maybe all branches don't operate this way, but this one sure does, they assume no responsibility at all. Please be careful when dealing with Store 209!

My family has been using easyhome for years now and at this specific location because it has always been the closest. I will say easyhome does sell good quality furniture but that’s all I can for the good things about this location. For years now the customer service has been going down hill and it has gotten absolutely terrible. A issue we constantly deal with is the staff at this location is them lying. Around February of last year we decided to order a new bed frame. They promised us a new frame out of the plastic. However what came was the opposite, the bed had pilling all over it, had loose threads and it looked like the previous owner had a cat hence the loose threads in areas fitting to where a cat would scratch. A issue we’re dealing with now and have been for anout 1-2 months now is their technology. Over the years that we’ve been with easy home we have wracked quite a lot of store credit. The staff at easy has asked if we wanted or needed anything from the store and we would be able to use our credit. About 2 months ago they offered a new laptop, I was in the market for one and it was a win win. I wanted a laptop and they were offering one to me that I could use the store credit for. They informed us that if I wanted a brand new one they would have to order it from Ontario and it might take some time to get to us. Which was completely fine. Cut to 2 months later, we had called a few days ago about it to see if it was in the store. We had been informed that in the system it said we had already gotten the laptop. (Which we definitely did) I’m not to sure why they did this when they could’ve done what they’re supposed to do (order the laptop and give it to us) nonetheless they did. To anyone reading this after this laptop issue is delt my family will not be purchasing from easyhome again.
