First Sofa Land experience. Matt was so knowledgeable and helpful. He listened and observed without being at all pushy. His help with fabric selection made it easy in spite of 400 choices!! So great to deal with a local company who carry Canadian products.

Matt gave us excellent service, spent time answering all our questions and when we finally chose the perfect couch, he made the transaction smooth and quick. We were sitting on our new couch that same day! Great new location in Sherwood Park.

I purchased a sectional in January and was told to expect my purchase in April. I paid for half my purchase and after several delays I ended up getting a call saying my sectional had finally arrived at the middle of June. When I purchased the sectional the sales person only suggested we measure the space it was going into, so we did. When sectional finally arrived the movers only tried two times and told me it would not fit around the corner. They took the sectional back to the truck and I was left with no options or recourse other then getting my money back. I went to the store the next day no one discussed this matter with me they simply returned my money and that was it!! We waited almost 6 months for this sectional and in the end I was left with nothing!! They have the worst customer service I have ever experienced! Don't shop here!!!!!
