wish 0 stars were possible... when me and a friend walked in the store looking to get a couch for her new place not a single employee had given us any help and we had to go and search for someone! so we picked out a couch and asked for it to be delivered. we had also asked if they would build it as well and we were told for delivery and building it would be $85 and we had no problem with that! the day comes for delivery and we called to get a more estimated time frame and the person on the phone was extremely rude! we had asked if we could get a call when they were at the place because we had not set up the buzzer yet and the person on the phone was not compliant at all! when the couch was finally delivered the one bald man who delivered it was again extremely rude! had a massive attitude the whole time and was not nice! to top it off they never build the couch as we were promised! we had no tools or anything to build this couch with and had to call people to come help! extremely inconvenient as we had a lot of other things that needed to be done that afternoon and it took 3 hours to build! i will not be doing any further business with JYSK and i know my friend will not be either! 10/10 would NOT recomend!!!!!

Jeremy West - Manager - and his team deserves more than a 5 stars rating. You ask what defines outstanding customer service well excellent customer service means that you go above and beyond what the member expects, you take that extra step to make them feel that you understand what they are going through and you want this to be the best experience they have ever had. Jeremy and his team always makes you feel part of the family and always do their best to resolve any issues a customer may have. The store is well organized and always clean and most importantly that staff always greet you with a positive smile either when your coming or going from the store. Thank you for your proffessional and outstanding customer service Jeremy West. Kenneth Lynch

I always shop at this location because it is very tidy and organized. Even as they are under construction, I was still able to find what I was looking for and one of the employee's found an item that was tucked away especially for me. Great service and very friendly, approachable staff. Bravo!
