Awesome service with Trevor today! I went in looking for some spare legs for our couch as they were lost in our move. He helped me out so fast and efficiently! I left so pleased! I would recommend going to this location over and over! Thanks again!!

I've bought several large appliances here. Don't like that I can't pick them up. Must be delivered at $150 extra. Until last visit staff was competent.

Went in ready to purchase a sectional as we just moved to fort saskatchewan. Associate first told us there was a one day only sale when the sign in the store said June 12-18 clearly. Then she tried to raise the price from what it was listed as online by $300 & when we explained the math she got extremely confused. Then we asked her to go discuss with her manager what the actual price was after the discounts and compared to the online listing. We sat there a total of 2 hrs waiting on her & the manager. Finally we said we had other obligations we needed to attend to and that we would like to leave our contact number so when she knows the amount she can call us & we will return to finalize the deal. She agreed and said she would call us that night as soon as she spoke with her manager as he was tending to another customer. We NEVER received a single phone call from this location, her nor her manager. As a manager in sales myself I am appalled that they wouldn’t atleast provide good customer service to people who had cash in their hands. If you want to run your business probably and make a profit it starts with your staff being adequately trained & giving 110% effort in your customer experiences. We then went to the brick on north side Edmonton & purchased the exact same couch that we had wanted. You lost a sale Fort saskatchewan Brick & your customer experience is disgusting. WILL NEVER GO BACK.

I only give the store one star because zero is not an option. This rating is because the level of service of the managers is non-existent. The sales guys try really hard but as soon as you have a question they can't answer or a warranty issue and you need someone higher up, you're hooped. They are never in the store, won't return calls and generally just don't care. The furniture is whatever... Inexpensive and blah which serves a purpose but I will never shop at this store again.
