Horrendous customer service at this location. My girlfriend and I bought a couch in September and contacted Leon’s numerous times informing them that the frame was broken upon arrival, even going to the location 3 times about the same complaint. The whole process has been like pulling nails: they rarely ever follow up on phone calls, and even when rarely call back to assure you that they are looking into a manner, the customer service support stops there. We had a technician exam the couch, only then to evade calls since that point with zero follow up. I have never dealt with poorer customer service dealing with $1000+ items. I’d highly recommend anybody looking for furniture to venture elsewhere, I will never buy another item from Leon’s again.

Sales guy was rude when I asked simple question! I wanted a bed and was about to buy it until this Brown guy who was not able to answer a simple question in a proper manner. All I asked was if the sales are gonna be better on the day of Black Friday and he asked me “how would I know? If I knew I would have bought most of this stuff”. which was in a rude tone. I’m a manager at a retail store and if one of my sales associates dealt with this kind of rudeness I would write them up then and there. I went to another furniture store and got a bed that day itself and even paid more than what I was gonna pay at Leon’s. Bottom line, you guys better train your associates how to answer questions without losing the customer.

Went in there last week to buy a couch and love seat. Had a fantastic salesman named Mike. Very helpful and honest. Went back the next day for a mattress. Again Mike was very helpful. He was with another customer when we came in, but still greeted us, and we were more than happy to wait. We found a better deal for a mattress, but any other furniture needs we will go back and ask for Mike before dealing with anyone else.

Had the pleasure of dealing with Sales Professional Salah Murad, He helped us every step of the way! He wasn’t pushy at all and was very patient, and knowledgeable. He helped us find exactly what we were looking for I would definitely recommend!. Thank you once again for the amazing service I will be back for sure.

If I could have picked 0 stars I would have. My husband and I were in Leons off the whitemud in October and fell in love with a sectional. We sat down with a sales person who said we could order and would received the couch in November. Which was perfect because we needed one for Christmas as we are having family here and don't currently have a couch. We were ordering it reverse so only 2 pieces were available in the store at the time out of the 4. We were asked if we wanted them at the time and decided to leave them and wait for all 4 pieces to be ready for delivery. We called November and were told that the couch wouldn't be in until worse case first week of December. The timeline came, we called and were shocked to find out that 2 pieces had arrived but they were the same ones that were available in the store in October and the other two were sold to a customer who paid in full they day they came in!! WHAT?? We left a $500 deposit. We were never told that if we didn't pay in full they could sell parts of our sectional to someone else. My husband and I have made several trips into the store and have always been given the same answer!! How sorry they are and there is nothing they can do!! We spoke to a manager who with our asking said she could offer us a discount on the couch but couldn't do better than 10%. My husband was in there a week prior where she said the best she could was 15%??? She obviously didn't remember him or what she had said. When asked about why we were offered more a week earlier and she said she sees that now and thought it had already been applied!! WHAT?? We said we needed the couch for Christmas as we don't currently have one. Always assured it was NOT a problem. Last week, after we said deliver the 2 pieces you have, I get a call saying one piece was damaged and could not be delivered!!! But again assured me it would be in this past Wednesday or today Friday. I said just in case it doesn't come in Wednesday lets schedule delivery for Friday. AND SHOCKING, the piece NEVER came in! So 2 very nice delivery drivers showed up today with the corner piece of or 4 piece sectional. It arrived in perfect condition however there are no legs!!!! So missing parts! I have since called the store about 15 X and no answer!! Last week we called and left 4 messages and NEVER received a call back!!! WORST customer service!! We are now hoping that the 3 pieces to our couch arrive December 30 like they have said but aren't holding our breath!!! We have since paid for the couch in full so they hopefully won't sell it to the highest bidder!! Who knew buying furniture would be such a headache!!! MERRY CHRISTMAS
