Ordered a fireplace/tv/speaker package and laptop and the ladies I spoke with the first few times before the delivery date were sweet, had great customer service for that I gave an extra star. However, come delivery date the guys didnt finish the cord hookups and they gave me the wrong charger for the laptop. Almost the end of the next day and they still haven't found it? The customer service ladies I spoke with about it have been short and rude, I finally get ahold of someone for them to tell me they can't find the correct cord and will have to order it in or trade for a different one. I traded although its smaller and has problems already because I needed it right away, I paid 2 weeks instead of 1 to get the promo that they match the first payment. My paid 2 weeks up and they're emailing me for another payment? Noone seems to know what they're doing.

I used this company last week. One lady, who was really friendly help us a lot. I ordered one table and and few chairs. Get everything as I expected. Fast and professional delivery. Recommended.

Friendly and helpful staff

poorly ran!! We had received a flyer in the mail for easy home and the price said 35 weekly for this living room set they had on display. so we went in and started talking to the lady, she was supposed to be helping another family look for a bed but we were new clients so it had seemed like she put us ahead of them which i felt was a bit rude. She seemed nice and extremely helpful, we didnt like the tables in the package and she was on the sites looking for better ones we liked and said they would be ordered. They didnt have the right couches in stock so she said she had to order them went through online store after store trying to find ones and when we did she said we would be getting them within 5 days. 5 days came and all we got was the dining room set we also had ordered. we went for 2 weeks without couches, sitting on the floor, and then when they came we didnt get the coffee table or end tables or lamps. and when the couches came they only had one delivery driver so we had to help him bring them up. so un organized. Anyways, the driver said the rest of the stuff would be coming soon and they would call to set up a drop off date., come to find out they didnt even order them so when i went in to pay the bill i myself had mentioned about the rest of the package and they said they would yet again call. two more weeks went by and they didnt call so again when i went in to pay i mentioned it and she printed out an order form for the manager and taped it to the computer, yet again no call. t wasnt until a full week later when we had enough and called them when they came with it, and even then they forgot the lamps so they had to bring random ones and at that point we just didnt care what they looked like. i would say over all they have no organization and no management. there is no communication and everyone doesnt seem to know anything. now that we have it we are fine but if i ever want anything extra i will never deal with them!!!!
