Love these girls and guys! Can't remember who the drivers names but they're awesome too

Not sure who to contact, I went in there today to get my girlfriend a new couch and love seat, I Told her I was a returning customer and that I have been there before, so she looked up my account and said everything looked good and that we were approved so we picked out what we wanted it came up to 213$ a month so my girlfriend signed the contract and we were suppose to get it the same day, I got home and she phoned me and said that she seen in my account that I owed for a bedroom suite from 10 years ago that my ex had from 10 years ago and kept my 200$ told me to screw off and hung up on me, I tried calling back and she said she was a franchise store and that there is no one I can call and nothing I can do.. what I dont get is why tell me I am approved and make my girlfriend sign a contract then take my money from a whole new contract that wasnt even under my name..

I bought a couch and love seat form this store was told it was new it wasn’t we found pen on it so they gave us a discount but what they failed to mention was they never cleaned them and they where full of bed bugs I checked my whole house and the only place they where was in those couple couches I wouldn’t recommend ever getting anything from this dirty disgusting store. They may give you extra pets you don’t want
