Brilliant customer service from Alex and Sam. They were really knowledgeable and patient explaining carefully so we understood. Alex made informed recommendation after listening and understanding what we needed. We are visiting here from England and needed local Sim only card with add ons. They were great, even putting the SIM in my phone for me. Later helped me confirm it was working properly and researched making international calls. Very grateful for their tolerance and fantastic customer service.

Wanted to Thank Chris for his great assistance. Had purchased a headset from the source months ago and unfortunately lost them but then found later but were damaged by falling out of a vehicle. Did not want to buy another set or spend the funds. Chris was able to assist me by offering some great suggestions and directed me the same set that just happened to be on sale which really helped with the decision to buy them. They were identical to what I had before and was able to use the funds I won from a lotto ticket. Thanks again.

Great customer service, fast and efficient. Took my son's headset in and Chris exchanged it right away once he verified it was under extended warranty from The Source. Very friendly and prompt service.

Overpriced and understocked. Hard to find good products with such a low selection. Better off going to the big stores.
