I have always had great customer service from both Michelle and Ronnie. I order all our office furniture here, and have always been happily satisfied. We also have a copier service contract with them, and always have had great service with that as well. I highly recommend shopping here, plus support local business if you are from Spokane area.

I thought this was a great place, but then I had an issue and Mandy was RUDE. They are all smiles and happy as long as you are giving them money, but if you need a problem resolved you are S.O.L. if you deal with Mandy.

Great service and top-notch employees. I have a large HP Laser Jet and it is quite the work-horse and rarely has problems. But, after so many years of use it eventually needs some attention. But, when it does, I call Empire Office. They have always fixed my problems quickly and the fix lasts for many years. I highly recommend them.
