Dealing with a broken dishwasher for months finally The Westlock Brick had a manager who would acually help the customer just to get the replacement that is totally damaged on delivery, then to find out the manager quit working for them( could it be how she was treated???) .. and an owner to offer a model off the floor when I paid for a brand new Frigidaire... not acceptable, refused to refund my money, refused to pick up the product as it's sitting in the middle of the kitchen. Been almost 5 months dealing with branch of the Brick and almost a year dealing with a broken dishwasher from this branch... bought a kitchen of appliances. ..never again.. its like pulling teeth to get them to stand behind their products. .. if you can't stand behind your product don't sell them. Update... still no contact from anyone in this matter.. they have deleted my comments on there fb page.. don't buy from the Brick horrible customer service... the worst I have ever seen they don't stand behind there product.

Rarely do they have it in stock. Was told over the phone that the bedroom set I wanted was there. When I drove there they told me it wasn't and tried to sell me something more expensive.
