I was so pleased with my mattress shopping experience, thanks totally to my salesman, Crosby. He listened to me, and showed me my options. He explained the different aspects of mattress construction and did not try to up sell me. He knows his mattresses! This is the type of furniture salesman that will bring me back to The Brick. He also arranged for old mattress disposal. To top off the whole experience, delivery was as promised, no issues, and mattresses have been exactly what I wanted. Outstanding experience! Thank you.

I went in to purchase a washer & dryer yesterday and was greeted by Ryan with a warm and friendly smile as soon as I entered the store. I headed over to the appliance center where I was ignored, one sales rep was tied up on the phone and the other walk right past us not even acknowledging us; he must have thought the other couple there was the sure sale. Surprise, it was me! After waiting close to 10 mins and still not being addressed; I went to the front of the store to find the warm & smiling person who greeted us. I asked Ryan if was able to write up the sale as no one in that department seemed interested in helping me. This young man went out of his way to help us, he was unfamiliar with the products as his department was furniture. He found out the information we needed ensure we had the best pricing possible with the sales and promotions. At the end of the day saved his store the sale as I was going to take my business elsewhere. If you are in need of furniture I would high recommend this young man as your sales person as he also works on commission. He will not oversell you, he will make sure he is getting you the best deal that is available, and you will leave with exactly what you want. Thank you Ryan for your awesome customer service!!

One of our best experience ever with Brick. We bought appliances for our new house and their store manager "Angelo" gave us an exceptionally outstanding customer service. We will definitely recommend going to this location!!! Keep up the good work guys :)

Sales people are like vultures. I understand that they work on commission...but come on, do you need to pressure a customer as soon as we walk in the door? I came in for a $500 mattress and didn't buy anything at all bbecause of the pressure to buy the $3000 one as well as the pressure to sign up for the Brick credit card. Came back a second day in hopes of having a better experience but it was just more of the same. We will not be back and we have purchased our mattress elsewhere.

Went here for a new mattress and the sales guy would not leave me alone. After politely telling him I was uncomfortable with doing a "sleept test" he continued insisting and then would not even allow me to browse without doing this test. He kept persisting and persisting on doing this sleep test, to a point where I had to leave the store. Even after getting someone else to go in to finish the purchase, he would not stop trying to upsell. He kept trying to sell pillows and mattress covers. Will never go here again & I don't recommend anyone else to go here. The sales representative would not respect my wishes and allow me to look at mattresses without being harassed with sales tactics.
