Went in to buy a wall mount for my new TV. I was undecided so I asked two simple questions as to whether the wall mount would work with my TV. The answers were short abrupt and made me feel like I was an idiot for having a question. He seemed, when I changed my mind on a product as if I was wasting his time. I was the only customer in the store and he acted like he had better things to do such as stand around and chat with his co-worker instead of dealing with the customer in a polite and courteous manner. At this point I think I am done with this store. I refuse to go back and I can guarantee you I will be telling everybody about the service here and recommending they spend the time to drive to the city to get better customer service.I don't have a problem with The Source in general, just with the staff at this particular store.

Staff treats you like you are an idiot. Manager needs to smarten up and train his people to treat customers much better. I went in for the last time looking for a case for Galaxy 7Edge, the lady I talked with basically told me they didnt carry them as the phone is not being made anymore and when I told her I didn’t know that she basically said, Well everyone else knew....All I got from this shopping experience was the knowledge to never go back.
