I went here to upgrade my phone that is currently with Bell. The staff, specifically a man named Wes was incredibly rude & unhelpful. I will not be shopping here ever again.

I've been shopping here for a little while now and have generally not found any issues. However When I went in several days ago I was "helped" by the manager of the store. I believe the name was Gerry or Terry, something like that. He was incredibly rude and didn't seem to care about helping me. Usually somebody is always there by the door or waiting behind the counter to help me and offer their advice. But instead when I inquired about headphones, he merely pointed and said "We have lots" No help, nothing. I decided to use my phone to guide me through the maze of headphones by myself. After not receiving any help, I gave up and left. To be fair in this review, most of my past visits were generally pleasant with the employees, but with this Terry or Gerry person (whatever the name) managing the store, I will take my business to the Stony Plain Source. I also noticed the store was also looking more unkept and dirty since my visit last time. 2/5.

Dont bother looking for anything in this store. Everytime I've gone in the item I'm looking for isn't in stock or the staff could care less that there is a customer in the store. They just stand around talking behind the counter, there always seems to be empty spots on the shelves and just unpacked boxes of merchandise sitting around while staff stands around. It's really unfortunate because spruce Grove really has no other electronic stores and this place could make a killing if they stepped up their game. I'll go to best buy from now on.

I went to return some things that were UNUSED and I was refused a return or even a store credit because I was over the 30 days. I just got off the phone with customer service and they also refused me as well. I bought my phone and my mother's phone there with phone subscriptions. She has had nothing but trouble with her phone and they refused to repair or replace it. I have spent a lot of money there over the years but I NEVER shop there again!!! What a horrible way to treat your loyal customer! Update: I eventually received a store credit after writing a negative review on their Facebook page and now go to WEM location and deal with Adam. He is really professional and helpful. If he doesn't know the answer, he will do his best to find out for you. I should also mention that Mitchell was awesome when he used to work at the Spruce Grove location.
