I ordered a single chair from this business. Not only was it a single chair purchase, but I spent a long time and asked a lot of questions to get the chair I wanted. Additionally I asked for some very custom upholstery work to be done on the chair, which they agreed to do. One possible strike against the company was that when the chair arrived, a mistake had been made on the upholstery. This was even a mistake that before I had received the chair, I noticed on the invoice and had them correct. This could have turned the experience negative, but instead they allowed me to keep the chair until the issue was resolved and gave me the option of ordering a new one or having someone come out to do the work on site. I chose the latter, and the new part arrived and was installed without incident. Making a mistake is not so bad as long as the company lives up to the error and does what they can to correct it. Heritage Office Furnishings did exactly that and so I was left with a positive impression and effectively zero inconvenience. If you are looking for a high end office chair, want the opportunity to see and sit on many different examples, and are hoping to get it done in a special colour or with a special fabric, this is your place. In fact, the prices for stock chairs were very reasonable and I'd recommend this place for anyone looking for a quality office chair. Also note that I did not have any issues with the delivery of the chair as other reviewers mentioned. I found the delivery service quite good.

Purchased a Steelcase Leap chair earlier this year from them (Sales rep. Julie). Product was quoted (ordered) on March 31 and was ready for pickup on May 9. Now take from this what you will but the salesperson had not only told me that it would only take around 3 weeks to ship from USA, but I had to personally call and inquire about the status of my order (called May 8). So unless there was some coincidence that happened here I suspect that I was likely forgotten about; my chair had likely been at the warehouse for some time. Also, just to comment on my experience at the store: when I went to pick up my chair it was a really rainy day. Like another reviewer mentioned everything was nice and clean, but literally nobody came up to greet me let alone look in my general direction. I wandered around for like 5-10 minutes before I finally decided to just start asking the salespeople at the cubicles. I was then given unclear instructions as to where I needed to go pick up my order, and after another 20 minutes of wandering around the outside of the building in the pouring rain and a couple of calls I happened to just catch two warehouse people taking a smoke break outside. Processing the pickup went smoothly and in the end I found the warehouse staff to be far personable than the salespeople who got a sale from me. I was satisfied with the product itself, though would be hesitant to recommend this particular branch to anyone based on my experience.

Very nice showroom, but once the saleslady knew I didn't have any questions in that moment, she walked away and didn't come back for more than 10 minutes. I left after that, I'm on my way to Staples. At least I know they care about the sale.
