We had a very pleasant experience with buying our La-z-Boy furniture. Our sales representative was very helpful and professional, and albeit fairly new, she wasn't afraid to ask for advice or help if she didn't know the answer to our questions. She made some great suggestions, along with the store designer, and we ended up with the perfect couch and recliner. The only down side to our experience was that we were told that the furniture would be ready within 8-10 weeks, and it ended up taking 13 weeks because of the leather we chose for the recliner, and then when the recliner came, it was actually "crooked." (they are in the process of correcting that now). The quality (other than the recliner at the moment; I will defer that review dependent on how things go) and comfort are definitely present with La-z-Boy. Delivery was right on time and very efficient. They were very friendly and knew what they were doing. I would definitely recommend looking in the La-z-Boy gallery, but be prepared to pay more as it is a higher quality product compared to others on the market.

A great experience! Amber was helpful in helping us pick colours and quality fabric. We are very pleased with our choices, and they really are stain resistant. The delivery service was exceptional, everything was set up where we wanted it, all the packing material was taken away, and the pillows were fluffed. Very pleased!

We had a good time at La-Z-Boy-Furniture Galleries picking out the furniture we liked. I think it was Del who helped us as he wanted me to be comfortable in the chair I liked. I found one I liked and he also had me try other ones, but I chose the first one and now I have it at home I am pleased with it, as my husband is with his as it is the same as mine. Gwen Patterson

Harassed by a staff member until we left upset. Went to purchase furniture for our new home and was greeted by a women with short fucia hair. She kept going on so we politely told her we were good and would come find her if we had any questions. She then came up to us and asked if we were interested in leather couches and I said no but that we wanted to be left alone. She came back a minute later and said that we clearly wanted to be left alone and was going to give us her card so that the rest of the sales staff wouldn’t keep coming up to us. Not sure how she expected that to work and no other staff harassed us. She clearly understood we wanted to be left alone. She then cane back another 3 times in the next few minutes. At that point we had it with her and her rude response was that we don’t have to shop there. Nope, we sure don’t and we certainly won’t be back. I have never been harassed like that by any employee of any store ever. It was incredibly rude and disrespectful to us and I’m shocked that Lazy-boy would employ such an individual.
