Be careful with these guys, especially with clearance items. I bought a perfectly good couch out of their clearance section two months ago, it was clearanced because it was a floor model, no defects etc, and last night I sat down on it and the frame snapped. I’m not even that big of a guy, maybe 220 pounds so this was obviously not a quality piece of furniture but they didn’t hesitate selling it for $700 to me. And they won’t replace it since it was clearance, which might make sense if it was damaged prior but it was not. Take my advice and go somewhere with better quality furniture that will stand by their product. As a positive note, the actual sales people are all great and professional.

We have had 2 separate instances where this group resolved the issues immediately and without any trouble. Jamie assisted us with the most recent return and replacement and made everything easy and pleasant. We will always return to this store.

I just got full custody of my 3 yr old so I went to buy him a bed and Patty. K was very helpful when I asked her for help! Even walked around with me to show me furniture and gave me some ideas for our new place. Overall I’m very satisfied!

Very disappointed. I wanted a particular accent table that I saw in the latest sale paper. We walked in and saw 3 employees standing at the desk. We walked around the store for 20 minutes looking for this accent table. Finally a gentleman greeted us and asked us if he could help us. I showed him the picture of this table I wanted. It was located in the very back corner of the store. I told him I wanted to purchase it. He then said he couldn't sell me the floor model "in case" someone wanted to see it in the future. He could order it but it was on back order until mid April. So...they lost a guaranteed sale because they couldn't sell from the floor "in case" they needed to show it to someone. I'm taking my business to American Furniture Warehouse.

Walked in and were greeted but not stalked or pressured. When we thought we found what we wanted we grabbed a salesperson who happened to be walking by and he helped us. His name was Matt and he was great. Matt answered all our questions and even let us walk away and keep looking. Then when we were sure we found Matt and he took care of everything and even worked different ways to purchase that have us the best deal.
