Does anyone know their legal name. I was fooled by the salesman. The operations manager also is not keeping up to his promises and am getting a run around. The best way to teach them a lesson is to file a civil claim. Would appreciate if anyone has taken this route and can help me. I would like to avoid going to the registry to do a search but if that's what it entails then I will have to. Thanks for your help in advance. In short, AVOID using them. Your money is better spent at a store who value you and your hard earned money

We just moved into a large new home a couple weeks ago and went to the Brick as we needed to purchase new furnishings for our home. We dealt with Rubina at the Brick south common location. From the moment we met her she helped us every step of the way with selecting merchandise that would suit our needs as well as coordinate with the other items in our home. She was very polite, accommodating as well as fun! We were able to share stories and laugh while going through this process over a couple different times. She bent over backwards to help us and get us the best deals available. It was such a pleasant experience and she’s even followed up with us to see how our new furnishings are!!! Highly recommend dealing with Rubina, best customer service I think we’ve ever seen. We would definitely deal with her again in the future.

Easy decision to NEVER shop at the Brick again. We are furnishing our home and purchased a coffee table. I picked it up today, put it together and unfortunately it didn't fit our space. I disassembled the the coffee table, put it back in the box and called the Brick to see where I should return this table. The customer service representative informs me then that they don't accept ANY returns after pick up. This would have been useful information at the time of purchase. I'm now stuck with a table that literally doesn't fit in our space and out a few hundred dollars. I'm glad this wasn't a larger purchase in the thousands of dollars for furnishing the rest of our home otherwise I'd be even more upset. Just a warning to other customers out there, beware this is a business without customer hospitality.

Terrible service from appliance department. Bought a bar fridge price matched to Best Buys price. Was like pulling teeth to get the fridge at that price. I wish I had just walked next door and bought it from Best Buy. I live in Fort Mac and just moved into my home after the rebuild. I opened the fridge and the door is damaged and the leg that keeps it even on the floor is completely missing. There is no damage to the box or packaging so I called the store. They told me that you have 24 hours to report damage and that I was told this when I purchased the item (I was not told this as the fridge would still be in my vehicle 24 hours later and I would have to unpack it just to check for damage) A very rude male picked up the phone and said I have 2 days to report damage (2 days is 48hours so they didn’t even get their story straight) and there is nothing they can do for me. So goodbye $250 dollars. I’m glad your associate made commission off of my broken fridge that I cannot use! I would never go back to this store. If I could give them Zero stars I would most definitely.

I can't say my trip was successful but generally I can't complain. I bought a power sofa a couple of years ago. It developed a problem with the wire. Rather than telling me there was nothing they could do for me the staff did go out of their way to try and find a solution. I appreciated the time and the attempt.
