This is our first purchase from Sofa Land-Edmonton, south- common. We had the great pleasure of dealing Bruce who is very knowledgeable of all their products. Bruce was a real support and help picking out the best product for our needs. He is a real professional and his pleasant personality made for a real positive experience. We were looking at Lazy-boy and found Sofa Land to be a lot more reasonable cost with comparable value. Thanks Bruce

First time shopping at Sofaland and we had an excellent experience. Our salesperson, Bruce, was very helpful but not pushy. He was a good resource in choosing the fabric, colour, etc. Delivery personnel were also excellent. Ricardo and Alex were friendly and respectful. They took great care when delivering, unwrapping and setting up the new furniture.

Absolutely a great experience shopping there for the first time. They where so helpful, friendly, professional, unreal service never experienced that before. He really helped us pick our furniture making colours coordinate and good support for couch. He wasn’t pushy at all like other furniture stores that jump all over you to purchase or look at things. I was so impressed that I told my daughter in law and son go there cause they are looking for a couch.

I had a positive experience at Sofa Land South Edmonton Common. Susan Parker was excellent throughout the buying process. She provided advice and recommendations based on my lifestyle and preferences. I was able to ask questions without feeling pressured and she was knowledgeable about the options, colours, and prices. Christian, who was in charge of the delivery service, was very professional and quality-focused. He and another worker came to my condo and carried my new sofa up all sets of stairs to my fourth floor unit and set it up!

Melissa was unbiased in showing us several options for a sofa bed in our den. She patiently helped us measure out mattresses, provided us with pricing. Appreciated her genuineness & ability to navigate my husband's humor! Didn' t pressure us into buying. Provided us with fabric swatches. We will definitely check out Sofaland for future purchases. I do wish however, that they would negotiate their prices or provide returning customers with discounts on future purchases!
