If there is 0 star i would put 0. The worst service i ever encountered i would never recommend to anyone stay away from this store please as far as you can they dont know how to talk to costumer they dont even try and if you buy something they dont refund the money back and they make you carry the stuff that you buy from upstairs to downstairs! And to not forget to mention the quality there is no worse than that.

Worst store ever. Read the reviews before buying ! Brought my merchandise a love seat and a couch from the south side location two days before Black Friday. They do not deliver so I had to pay someone to help me pick up the couches when I went, salesman was getting me to sign another order number which I pointed out to him. I took my couches home and unwrapped them and noticed they sent me two different couches with two different finishes. My love seat was a matte and couch was a shiny. Furthermore, the three seater had many stains on it of white and red sticky gunk, a huge rip where the leather is missing. I managed to remove some of it but not all. Also that couch does not look new. It is all wrinkled and the wrinkles have not gone away. It looks like I bought a used couch. Reached out to the store the next day and they directed me to customer service. They did not contact me and I followed up several times with a phone call leaving messages and no one called back. Today finally I got a hold and told them no one was responding and the salesman had to text the customer service rep and his email was a disgusting one. Hello, In regards to this order all sales are final please read your reciept. it is a promotional item and comes with no warrenties. When you purchase your items you expect the proper one to be sent to you. It’s not my fault you sent me the wrong one and a used one. I paid for new products and good customer service. This was the worst experience ever. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. They will not admit it’s their mistake and do not want to even fix it. You sent me the wrong couch and a used stained ripped one. I did not pay for that. They are the worst furniture store in Edmonton. Scamming customers. Each person you talk to talks to you so rudely and does not care. They got their money so why would they care 0/5

I have never posted on one of these, but I feel this is necessary. This is the worst customer service I have ever received. Buyer beware! After purchasing a sectional I went home and realized I had made a mistake. I contacted them the very next day and they were completely unhelpful with any exchange or refund. The staff turned rude and the customer service is ignoring my emails and will not respond. This is not a way to run a business. I will never be going back. I strongly advise others to use caution at this store.
