Paul was amazing! Extremely knowledgeable and helpful, not to mention patient with our indecisiveness. I also had no idea that there was a difference betweeen corporate owned stores (south common, Edmonton) and independently franchised ones like this one. What a difference! We will NEVER go to any other brick store. They were able to do for us what no corporate brick store would have been able to. The last thing we wanted was a salesperson hovering around while we looked and feeling “claimed” as a potential sale; that’s how we felt in south common. I can’t say enough about our positive experience here. If you’re weary of dealing with sales people like we were, please ask for Paul. Top notch service.

Great place to shop local. Staff spends lots of time to show and explain products in store. We have bought a mattress here and got exceptional service and a fair price.

They keep on giving us damaged furnitures and price is too high. So disappointed

I made a purchase and paid for it right away. Was told I would receive my item within a week. Called them after a week and they gave me another date that my item would be in. Called them again on the day they said . And only to find out they don't know when my item is coming! And now it's on back order... I'm very dissapointed with the brick in wetaskiwin. They could have told me before I made the purchase.
