Called up Stapes Crossroads, at 3:44 pm on 1/09/2018. I selected the print and copy division and wanted to know the time it was open till. The lady answering the phone replied "I think it's till 7:00", I said it says till 8:00 on the website. Her reply " it's back to school hours.", she then just disappears talking to someone else, and then I hear "anything else?", in the rudest voice possible. I peacefully exited the conversation. Wow! I won't be coming back and so will most of my business associates. Really rude staff.

Until today I would give Staples a 5 star review. Now I give them 1 star for their customer service. Regarding: Liquid Armour. This $30 invisible cover is useless. Please train your staff better on this product. Or don't sell it. Thank you, Pamela Parker

My husband and I recently visited this location to buy a new laptop. We wandered around for about 15 mins and not a salesperson in site for guidance. So we decided to figure it out ourselves. Another 15 minutes we figured out the one for us, and yet still nobody has approached us. We made eye contact with 4 different staff members including managers but not 1 approached us or paged the correct person to us. I'm sorry if someone is coming in to spend $1000 on a computer when it's all said and done I shouldn't have to hunt down someone that will give me the time. The complete lack of customer service has turned me off of shopping at a chain I used to work for. If you want to figure things out yourself and like to hunt down someone to help you this is the place for you though.

You be the judge: $23 for a few scanned copies. 65 cents for a black and white scanned page? Wow. I think they’re testing how far they can take Adam Smith’s theories. I must be getting old... If you have a few documents to scan you’re certainly better off buying yourself a scanner, unless you’re lonely. That said, the service was efficient and friendly. The price for scanning, however, was extortion. DIY copying remains a fantastic service though!

Very helpful staff. The fact that they are open early is very convenient
