I went in here the other day after buying a house that had a hot tub. I explained that I had never owned a hot tub before and didn't know what I needed to do, to get it usable. The women at the counter looked through all my chemicals I had for it from the previous owner, and printed off a step by step instruction for what to do, replacing the stores chemicals with what I had brought in and putting the measurement terms into something that made sense. She didn't pressure me into making a purchase at all, and over all far exceeded my expectations going in there for help. Would definitely recommend to anyone who asked and will be going here for any hot tub stuff I will require in the future. Thank you very much for your help.

We have an old hot tub that we are working on rebuilding. The staff have been very willing to help us in figuring out what what we need and how to best do what we need to do.

I'm not sure how this group wouldn't score less than a 5 star rating - knowledgeable and friendly staff, a clean organized showroom and product supply, and the list goes on. My first experience came when we needed water tested from two different tubs here in the 'Deer. After an informative chat about the condition of each sample, along with a crash course on how to rectify things and a small purchase, we followed some simple directions and "Presto Chango' those tubs were back in order. Keep up the great work!
