I am very impressed with the customer service from Sims. My new sofa had just passed the manufacturers warranty period and SIMS took care of me themselves. If you need a good salesman that points out factors you should consider and pays attention to the details when custom ordering-then make sure you use Dwayne Rutschke.

Daniel was a great sales consultant very easy to deal with and knowledgeable. He definitely went the extra mile for us. It's so nice to get a no pressure sales experience. I like the the fact that you are also supporting a local family-owned company that offers such good value with top quality products and service.

Picked up some awesomely comfortable living room furniture from here. The staff were great as far as dealing with us wondering in and out over days trying to find the right fit for us. But we got it and we love it. Delivered and set up for us.
