Today my mom went to this Staples at Parkland Mall in Red Deer. She needed to use the fax machine and photocopier and with little to no experience she asked for assistance from a Staples employee. Karamyn stepped up to the plate to assist without hesitation. Karamyn then stayed with my mom (Mary) from start to finish insuring my moms documents were on their way to where they need to! My mom was extremely satisfied with the help she received and above all grateful :) Nice job Staples for taking on Karamyn as she's surely a team player.

Crazy time of year for purchasing school supplies but with some assistance, we got it done. Koodos to schools who buy their supplies in bulk and charge each student a set fee for everything they need as this works out to be a lot cheaper than individual student purchases.

won't honour the price matching on a computer unless you either bring it into the store with your receipt or make you Buy it again at the lower price before doing another separate transaction to refund you. most people can't afford to buy a MacBook twice just to get the price difference back or wait days to get the hold on the funds from a credit card back won't do anything to help, can't do the price match as a refund and purchase in one transaction refuse to refund the purchase first as a option don't deal with these frauds that claim price match and make it so difficult to actually do for the average person
