Very thorough salespeople. Took a bit for someone to approach me, which could be seen as positive or negative based on your perception. I appreciated that I was able to browse for a bit without pressure. Salespeople worked with me to ensure I was getting great value, and I am very excited for my new furniture to arrive!

We purchased a new furniture set today from Ashley Furniture in Red Deer. The service was great. We had an excellent sales person named Abeed. He was helpful and provided us with all the information about the products. We can't wait for our furniture to arrive. We will shop there again in the future.

BEWARE! I see far to many reviews that mirror my experience(s) with this company. I'm really not sure how they remain in business the way they treat people's business. I would doubt they get much repeat business from customers. I also dealt with several delays in getting my furniture. The delays got to the point where I could no longer wait and was tired of sleeping on an air mattress. I cancelled my order, and they still tried to charge me a cancellation fee at this point, yet the mattress had not even been shipped. This took forever to get resolved. Now not even a year later I am having issues with my kitchen table set. I am being told it is not covered under warranty because this was a "floor model" even after I made a point of asking at the point of sale if it had warranty! VERY SHADY OPERATION!!!!

Just had a great experience dealing with Alice! Helpful, knowledgeable and not pushy. Will definitely purchase from her again.
