Went in with a friend, was not really shopping for myself. Staff were very friendly and outgoing. Asked a question to one staff, she admitted to not knowing the answer but right away went to other staff to find the answer. After completing my purchase gave the manager?? a letter looking for donations for a silent auction. They were quick to offer up their support. This was an added bonus. Urban Barn is truly a hidden gem waiting to be discovered. So many unique pieces

The staff at the Red Deer store is amazing ready willing and able to discuss your shopping needs - even when I am browsing. The atmosphere is friendly, the store is clean and there is a lightness of feeling that is exhibited by the staff. For in any industry your most precious resource is your staff for you may have the best merchandise in the world - if your staff is not happy it shows. Thanks again for the fun filled welcoming experience - for I know I can walk in that store anytime and enjoy it. Keep up the good work sorry don't know your names - you are awesome staff.

What is truly remarkable about this home decor place is the skill and friendly service from the staff, many who have a design background. Dogs are allowed in the store. They proudly display this sign we love your dogs on the exterior of the building. A truly classy place selling furniture, flowers, art and home decor. Highly recommend!

I totally enjoy the ladies at urban barn Reddeer, except on Saturday the 11, I was going to buy an item and was excited it was on sale. A sales associate asked to take it(a crocodile) and pillow, on the way over she dropped the crocodile and broke it! Another associate said she would look to see if they had another! She asked how much I wanted it ,and told me I had to go to Calgary for another! . My complaint is there was no I’m sorry ma’am for what I did,I was told they don’t ship from store to store,I feel they should have been able to do something to make me happy! I walked away and left the pillow! I felt the staff needed to be more responsive and sensitive to clients! Iwi tell my friend about this !
